We have two delivery options when checking out. Majority of our events will have a free delivery option, which will be via the club/association or directly via your team manager. We also provide the option delivery direct to an address of your chosing via Australia Post. Postage & handling fee will apply.
Our standard postage rates are $5.00 (A4) or $10.00 (A3), Australia wide.

We have a standard turnaround time of 21 working days from the last day of the event. Our goal is always to get the final product into your hands as quickly as possible, however in some cases these times can be extended if agreed to by the club or association.

We understand that pre-purchasing your products can sometimes be scary, but we guarantee you will love our products. If for any reason there is a problem that we cannot fix, we will happily refund your money. Just simply return the product within 7 days to claim any refund.
